Ivy Bush Cottage is 5 minutes away from the idyllic Llys-y-Frân Country Park and Reservoir, set within mature woodlands and meadows with plenty for everyone to do including mountain biking, fishing and sailing, and also has a children’s play area. Why not relax in the café with a nice cold drink after a busy day sightseeing, taking in the stunning views over the reservoir towards the Preseli Hills, whilst keeping lookout for plentiful wildlife? For keen walkers the Preseli Hills are also a mere 5 minutes away and offer sublime scenery from Foel Cwmcerwyn, Pembrokeshire’s highest peak with views out over Newport Beach in the north and towards the southern coastline of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
Ivy Bush Cottage has been finished to a very good standard with an elegant open plan kitchen/dining room with granite worktops, high gloss cupboards and a focal island, giving this contemporary kitchen the ’wow’ factor. Bi-folding doors open onto the large south-facing patio with a barbecue, which is the perfect place for al fresco dining, making the most of those balmy summer days and evenings. On cooler evenings, retire to the living room and relax in front of the wood burner with a glass of wine whilst the children watch the TV in the sitting room. The large master bedroom suite has been lovingly furnished to a high standard with spacious en-suite facilities, and offers a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
A great day out can be had in the famous walled town of Tenby, complete with its cobbled streets, award-winning beach and a truly magnificent picture postcard harbour. Enjoy feeling the sand between your toes on this spectacular beach - a day out here is not to be missed!
Ivy Bush Cottage is the perfect location for visiting the many attractions Pembrokeshire has to offer, including Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo and Heatherton World of Adventures, all within a 30-minute drive. Beach 14 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

What a beautiful house in the most peaceful stunning setting. It was equipped with such care and nothing was too much trouble! We really hope to visit again for such amazing tranquility and gorgeous house. I did not want to come home .

We had a truly wonderful stay. The cottage was very spacious and had everything you could need. Lovely comfy beds, large bathrooms and a great garden with peaceful views. You do however need a car for everything as there are no safe, walkable paths from the doorstep. Llys y Fran Country park is a few minutes drive however, where you can enjoy walks, cycles, picnics, with a large reservoir for water sports. Nearest beach is 30 minutes away, we ventured to Broad Haven.

This is an amazing house, spotlessly clean with all modern luxuries yet away from it all with fantastic peace and quiet in the countryside enabling a relaxing stay. High quality showers and bathrooms, excellent space, comfortable lounges, a lovely rear garden and outlook of trees and a field where the cows pass through. A bbq is available, as well as all the usual amenities. We would certainly recommend this cottage as it is superbly placed to explore all across Pembrokeshire and the beautiful coastline. The cafe in the nearby village and the local reservoir are both recommended.
