The Farm House in Tenby offers a spacious and well-equipped stay with a convenient location for exploring local beaches and towns. Guests appreciate the secure parking, the property's grounds, and the thoughtful touches such as a welcome bottle of Prosecco. While the overall experience is positive, some guests mention issues with cleanliness, noise, and maintenance that could be improved.
Several reviews mention a need for improved cleanliness, citing the presence of mould and black stains on towels. The property would benefit from a deep clean and better quality control of cleaning services.
The property is well-located, close to Tenby and Saundersfoot, with easy access to beaches and local attractions. However, some guests note that road noise can be intrusive when windows are open.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with spacious rooms and good toilet facilities. However, noise from other occupants and limited storage space for food are mentioned as drawbacks.
The property is praised for its well-equipped kitchen and excellent toilet facilities. Nonetheless, guests suggest improvements in soundproofing, ventilation to reduce humidity, and the provision of more rubbish bags and toilet paper.
Guests are delighted by thoughtful gestures such as a welcome bottle of Prosecco and the provision of cooking essentials. It should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.
