Visit the iconic harbour and take a boat out to Caldey Island a peaceful haven with its own beach and monastery. Be sure try to the delicious Caldey Island chocolate while you are there. Nearby attractions such as Manor Park Zoo, Folly Farm, and Oakwood Theme Park are all within a short driving distance for a great family day out. As you enter the building, take the stairs up to the third floor, then through the apartment door, there are an additional set of stairs to gain access to this penthouse apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed plus a Juliette balcony which overlooks the town with distant sea views. It also has the use of an en suite shower room with a WC. The second bedroom is a double room with views to the front of the property. There is a bathroom off the living area with a bath and WC. Just off the lounge, there is a small wooden staircase up to a mezzanine level, where you will find a daybed for extra seating. It's a place to unwind and relax, and there is additional space there for belongings or to air your laundry. Please be advised the mezzanine is open so may not be suitable for young children. Further to this, there is a small utility room just off the staircase to enter the living area, with a chest freezer and also storage for beach and cleaning equipment. Although the property does not have any outside space, the beach can be reached within 75 yards of the building. Parking available either on the street in non residents spaces (subject to availability) or in a public car park just 75 yards away.
