"Lovely part of the country. Well equipped cottage."

    " Well equipped cottage. "
    Mrs Davies ‐ 1 Mar 2018
"Our first holiday cottage and it was wonderful, the cottage was immaculate, cozy and comfortable, lovely enclosed garden for our little dog, just a shame the local pub wouldn't let you take the dog in and didn't open in till 4.30 and the kitchen was closed that week but the cottage itself was fab, lovely welcome of wine etc that we didn't expect and all basic cleaning/toiletries provided, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway we had a lovely time"

"Hello, and thank you for the opportunity to be able to give some feedback regarding my family's recent stay at the cottage, Most of all was as it was advertised however there was no Wi-Fi at all neither any other channels on the TV as there was only the one which was due to poor signal at the property, normally this wouldn't matter as most people visit these locations for walking but as it was Christmas week we would have likes to have watched some Christmas TV. The main concern at the moment is the deposit which was for the cleaning bond of £ 125.00 this has not yet been returned to myself after meeting the requirements of Mrs Davies to pay within the 7 days of your stay which we done. It does also state that the money will be returned within the 7 days of departure, it is now 8 days and no money or no contact from Mrs Davies. Please can you look into this for me ASAP thank you. Mr West."

"Beautiful cottage, perfectly placed for walks along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Agree with other reviews that the smallest bedroom is absolutely tiny - not really suitable for an adult. Also, there are not 2 bathrooms - there is a room with a bath (shower over) and sink plus another with a loo and small sink. Very well catered for dogs - nice iced secure garden and comfy dog bed. Highly recommend a visit to Marloes deer park (no actual deer) but be aware that it costs £5 to park if you are not a National Trust member and the machine doesn’t take cards. Truly stunning scenery along the coastal path from Marloes to Dale."

"Have just returned from a lovely break at Clifton House, St Ismaels, Pembrokeshire. The location was easy to find with parking right outside the property. The house was very well presented when you entered, looked good and was lovely and clean and fresh. Everything you could possibly need or want to use was provided, and it all worked, very impressed. To add to the enjoyment, the area is blessed with great beaches and walks. Will certainly return."
    Mrs Appleby
"The owners were very helpful & welcoming. Great little cottage. Very comfy beds. Everything provided for a comfy stay. Great enclosed garden if your brining your dog. Location is pretty central for visiting different areas of Pembrokeshire."
    Mrs Hutchings
"Great cottage, fantastic garden, lovely village but be aware there are no shops and the local pub opens for 3hrs at lunch time then closes until the evening, it has a limited menu so shop in heverfordwest and stock up. The owners left us a great welcome pack, very appreciated."

"A very pretty cottage, furnished to a very high standard with a well equipped kitchen. It is dog friendly, and the owners provide a really comfortable dog bed, as well as a lovely welcome pack including tea, coffee, Welsh cakes, and wine. The rear garden is enclosed and perfectly safe for dogs, and there is a barbecue and outside seating. The cottage can accommodate 5 people, but I don't think the bathroom facilities are adequate for this, and the bedrooms are certainly not. There are two average sized bedrooms with twin & double beds, but the third room is only large enough to accommodate a single bed with a small cabinet at the foot - not suitable for someone who feels the heat and might be slightly claustrophobic. The village is very friendly, and is a good location to visit Pembrokeshire."
Mrs Gillian Davidson, Ottery St. Mary, Devon
"The garden was large and extremely secure - our dog thought it was quite wonderful."
    Mr Ronald Ward, Durham, Durham
"One of the best cottages we have stayed in over the past 10 years. It was comfortable, warm, well equipped and clean. The garden was very good for our dogs. The area has alot to offer for tourists. We would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to others."

"One of the best cottages we have stayed in over the past 10 years. Comfortable, warm, well equipped and clean. The garden was very good for our dogs who also loved the large dog bed provided. The area has a lot to offer for tourists. The local pub guaranteed a warm welcome and, although their menu was limited, the food was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to others."
    Mrs Michelle Topham, Bristol,
"The location was good and the cottage was very dog friendly including a dog bed, bowls and even poo bags. Nicely presented."
Mrs Joy Hill, Stourbridge, West Midlands
"The cottage was incredibly well equipped. The personal touches and welcoming flowers just added to the pleasure of the holiday."

"We had such a fantastic stay at Clifton House. The house and location is first class, I would recommend a stay at Clifton house for any family wishing to escape the stress of daily life for absolute rest and relaxation."
    Mrs Kath Warwick, Dover, Kent
"A lovely peaceful village location convenient for boat trips and exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline. It was a newly refurbished cottage so everything was in excellent condition. It was really tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. A delightful cottage to come back to after long day's exploring."
Mrs Christine Ellis, Manchester, Greater Manchester
"It was newly refurbished fresh and modern. In an excellent location and the house was decorated beautifully, everything you want for a nice break. An excellent location very close to a nice local pub and in walking distance to the coastal path, great for discovering Pembrokeshire Coast and beaches."
    Christine E
"Wow! Simply stunning! Top quality holiday let with everything we could have asked for in such a beautiful place. Charley and the Davies family made us feel very welcome with a special card for being their first guests with fresh flowers, home made cakes, fresh bread and wine and more! Great location for heading off and discovering lovely coastal walks, beaches and quaint villages. The local pub, The Brook is a stone's throw away and very convenient, modern and welcoming after a day out and about. Then home to a warming log fire. This place won't struggle for bookings. It's fresh and modern but with all the cosiness of a traditional cottage. If it's vacant get it booked: you won't be let down!"
