A spacious three bedroom property close to some amenities and only a 5 minute drive from the buzzing, pretty seaside village of Saundersfoot where you'll find a blue flag beach. This semi-detached property has a downstairs lounge and a separate lounge/games area upstairs, a sunny conservatory and a fully equipped kitchen with a lovely tone of light blue giving you a calm seaside holiday feel. With a lovely tiered private back garden that has garden furniture and a wood burner, it's the perfect place to relax while the sun goes down after a busy day experiencing some of the many fun activities that Pembrokeshire offers such as Heatherton World of Activities, Bluestone Adventure Park and Wild Lakes.

Positives The cottage is spacious, clean and in a great location. The decor is bright and fresh. The upstairs den is a great space and we enjoyed playing the family games. The cottage is a short drive into Saunderfoot and we were able to find parking with relative ease- large field by the bowling green/community centre. £5 for the day and you can come and go. Tenby is also a short drive away. There are lots of family activities nearby. Negatives The garage has been converted into an annexe. It runs alongside the back garden and for the first few days we thought somebody else was staying there as we could see their personal belongings. We also thought that the garden was shared which was disconcerting. . Would make a big difference if the curtains on the annexe were closed. We would then not have seen the personal belongings in the annexe and pondered if the site was shared. Other reviews indicated that the kitchen was well equipped but other than frying pans, the only other pans were a milk pan and a stewing pot. Not great for a family of 5. I would have liked to have mopped the cream floor tiles as we left but no mop provided. 2 of the oven trays were not clean on arrival. We have been renting cottages in Wales twice a year for 15 years. This is one of the few cottages that did not have a pint of milk on arrival. The negatives would not stop us returning to this cottage. We had a great holiday .

House was as described on the website and the pictures were very accurate. Had to ring the office and the advisor was very helpful and accomodating. Wasn't for anything major. Property was in a good location, 25 mins walk from centre of saundersfoot and was a nice walk with not a lot of traffic which was great as we had a pram. There was a stretch with no pavements. The house was very clean when we arrived. Did struggle with the key safe but managed it. Sat Nav did say house was on the left but it was on the right. We have been to saundersfoot 4 years in a row now and would definitely return to Rose May as it was perfect for our needs.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom, the hot water took forever to come through and was very low pressure and there was no glass recycling box
