With its convenient location on The Ridgeway making it less than a mile s walk down to the heart of Saundersfoot, this semi detached property is perfect for exploring the local seaside community, with its shops, pubs and harbour for a traditional Pembrokeshire coastal experience. Enjoy the countryside and seaside views from the property, as well as a sociable garden with outdoor seating for al fresco dining, and plenty of space for a well behaved dog to run around. While Saundersfoot has all the amenities you could need, there is a selection of great attractions for families in the nearby area, from long sandy beaches to popular destinations such as Pembroke Castle of Oakwood Theme Park. After entering through the hallway, you ll find a lovely country living style kitchen, with a farmhouse table and dresser, an Aga style range with dual fuel, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. For a dining area for the whole family, there is a lounge/diner with a beautiful exposed stone wall into which a cosy wood burner is set. Settle down on the comfy sofas in front of the French doors for relaxing countryside views. There is a further snug, which has more comfortable seating, a Smart TV, DVD, Xbox and games. Also on this floor is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Upstairs are four bedrooms, the first of which is a double bed with a wardrobe and en suite shower room and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds and good storage, while the third has a king size bed and fireplace with an electric fire. In bedroom number four, you ll find a truckle bed. Outside the lounge/diner is an elevated terrace area with seating for al fresco dining. The garden below has a lawn area perfect for your dog and a gravelled area. To the front of the property on the driveway, you ll find parking for two cars.
