A lovely Victorian Cottage in a most sought after location of St Brides Hill. The small coastal village of Saundersfoot is just a 10 minute walk where you will find a busy harbour, shops and various places to eat. Furnished and equipped to a high standard having recently been modernised, yet retaining the character of a traditional Welsh Cottage.
Entrance hall with plenty of space leads to a lovely large lounge with open fireplace and comfortable sofas to relax in after a long day at the beach. The fitted kitchen/dining area is well equipped with electric oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The dining area has patio doors overlooking the rear garden.
Stairs lead to two double bedrooms, one twin bedded room and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and good quality beds, with bed linen provided and beds made up for your arrival. The main bathroom has small bath, separate shower, wc and wash hand basin and there is a further separate wc.
The property does provide a tavel cot and booster seat.
Patio gardens and garden furniture provided. Driveway parking to the side of the property for two cars and one extra space at front of property.
Electricity and Central Heating included.
