About this Holiday Cottage
The Old Manor House is a detached cottage on the edge of the village of Pembroke Dock in South Wales. The cottage has one family bedroom with double and child's single bed, one twin room and one single room, which with the addition of a family bathroom makes it suitable for up to six people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen and two sitting rooms, one with a woodburner and one with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden and patio with outdoor furniture. Close to the coast and the Pembrokeshire coastal path, The Old Manor House is a superb family holiday cottage.

Three bedrooms: 1 x family room with king-size double, child's single bed and basin, 1 x twin with basin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor WC and basin. Fitted kitchen. Breakfast room. Sitting room with woodburner. Second sitting room with dining area and gas fire.

Gas central heating with woodburner in sitting room and gas fire in second sitting room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden plus enclosed patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Access to the cottage is over an unmanned railway crossing - infrequent trains pass at very slow speed but care to be taken plus some minimal noise audible while outdoors. Note: Open pond in garden so children to be supervised at all times. Note: Ruins of original house adjacent to garden and out of bounds to guests. Note: The child's single bed is suitable for 6 years and under. Note: Max. 5 adults and 1 child under 6.
