A rural retreat just 2.4 miles from the coast at Cwm yr Eglwys and 2 miles from Pwllgwaelod. Exposed stone walls, an inglenook fireplace with wood burner, a large comfy L shaped sofa, television and a two-way staircase set the tone for rest and relaxation. Holiday cooking is a joy in the well-equipped farmhouse kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, food processor, electric oven, microwave, Range, gas hob, fridge and dining area.
A convenient utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear cloak room with ample hanging space is an ideal place to leave walking boots and beach toys. Pretty cottage bedrooms can be accessed via the two-way staircase, 1 king-size on the ground level and 1 king-size and 1 twin bedroom on the first floor provide every comfort for a restful night’s sleep. The enclosed garden with wood stove heated hot tub, barbecue, and wooden garden furniture extends the living space for socialising and alfresco meals.

We had a fabulous week’s holiday in this lovely spacious, but cosy cottage. The location and views were amazing. We even saw a couple of amazing sunsets (over the sea). The extra fields were a bonus (our dog really enjoyed) and it was nice to not have any close neighbours (no worry of being over looked here!) With the ‘view point’ just down the road, you know you are staying somewhere very special. Plus we highly rate the ‘homemade’ cakes etc. from the garage / shop at the bottom of the road (in the village of Dinas Cross) as well as lots of lovely walks (in every direction) from the cottage, including down to the sea.We enjoyed the ‘wood fired’ hot tub (a 1st for us). The only slight downfall was it only seats 2 (and there were 4 of us, so we had to ‘take turns’). Would love to come back to stay again, I would say this is my favourite cottage / location / sea views, we’ve ever stayed at.

Beautiful cottage with rural location and stunning sea views. The cottage is comfortable and well thought out, and has plenty of space for a family, we were 3 generations of the same family away for a birthday. Close to the towns of Fishguard and Newport for any shopping needs, easy access to many beaches in the area. Close to family trips out like Sea Lab and Castell Henllys, but also accessible for days out to Tenby, St Davids etc.We loved our stay and hope to revisit in the future.

Amazing cottage in a stunning location. Everything you need and more. 6 adults and a dog - the dog absolutely loved the grounds. We had an Easter egg hunt, lots of great hiding places for all the eggs. And to top our amazing week we saw the Northern Lights - fabulous.
