Tir Deri is a well-received cottage in Haverfordwest, praised for its spaciousness, stunning location, and suitability for dogs and multi-generational groups. Guests appreciate the large garden, proximity to cliff walks and local eateries, and the well-equipped kitchen. The property is described as clean, comfortable, and ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with one guest specifically noting it was spotless. No negative comments about cleanliness suggest a high standard.
The location is highly praised for its stunning scenery, access to cliff walks, and proximity to local attractions like Porthgain, making it an excellent spot for guests.
The property is generally considered comfortable, with ample space and facilities. However, a suggestion to upgrade double beds to king-size indicates that the sleeping arrangements could be improved for greater comfort.
Facilities are well-regarded, with two fridges, a full freezer, and a utility area. The garden is suitable for sports, and the kitchen caters well to groups. A minor issue with a lack of instructions for the cooker hob slightly affects the score.
There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Really lovely location, outside space great for our two dogs. Lovely spacious property. Only down side the double beds need to be king-size as not big enough. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent property and location. Suited grandparents and teenage boys, and the dog. Lots of space in the garden for football/cricket and access to stunning cliff walks/runs.

Unfortunately due to family issues we couldnt go to the cottage so we gave the weekend to some friends and they absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, everything that you needed in the cottage was there and it was spotless. The only thing they had an issue with was there was no instructions on how to use the cooker hob, otherwise a perfect break..
