Step into the quaint entrance porch which benefits from the afternoon and evening sun where you can enjoy a glass of wine. You will be welcomed into a beautifully characterful and cosy dining and sitting area. The sitting area is wonderfully decorated with a comfy sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, a wall-mounted TV and a woodburning stove to warm up to on those chillier evenings. Enjoy your home-cooked meals in countryside style in the wonderful dining area, which is delightfully presented with seating for four and a feature china cabinet. Under the stairs, you will be able to find a storage compartment with a freezer and additional storage space. Moving around the property, the cottage hosts a stylish kitchen, which is amply-equipped to fulfill all your culinary needs during your stay, including a small breakfast bar for two, an electric oven and ceramic hobs, a fridge, blender, and a washing machine for all your utility needs. Beyond this is a small sun room with seating for two which leads to a spacious elevated private patio area, where you can enjoy warm nights with a glass of wine on the outdoor seating and table provided. As the evening grows darker at the end of a busy day, climb upstairs to the first floor to find two well-decorated bedrooms, both with double beds and finished with contemporary decor. Completing this floor is a pleasing bright bathroom with a shower over bath, WC, and a hand basin. The property benefits from a peaceful location and is within a stone's throw away from the creek where you can launch a boat or a canoe and take down your picnic basket or enjoy a peaceful stroll around to Black Tar Quay. Not far from the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Llangwm is a charming village that offers superb walking routes to explore on foot or bike, as well as opportunities for wildlife watching, surrounded by the serene countryside. The village itself offers a shop/post office and village pub within walking distance should you wish to dine out one evening. There is an abundance of things to do and see from surfing at Fresh Water West, walking the coastal path, boating and visiting historic castles such as Pembroke, Carew and Manorbier. If you are travelling with younger guests, there is an excellent range of family attractions to visit within the nearby area, including Oakwood Theme Park, Bluestone Water Park, Folly Farm and The Dinosaur Experience. Enjoying views of the River Cleddau within the majestic Pembrokeshire county, situated just 5.8 miles from the town of Haverfordwest is the fishing village of Llangwn. From here you will be able to launch a small boat from the landing slip at Black Tar to explore the Cleddau and head to the glorious beaches which are located nearby.
