Mill House Cottage is a stone, semi-detached cottage, just two miles from the coastal village of Solva and can sleep four people. This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with a basin, a room with adult bunk beds and a basin, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for one car next to the cottage and one car in the private parking area which is just 50 yards from the cottage. There is also a shared shed for bike storage plus furniture at the front and shared use of large lawns. Mill House Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Inside

All ground floor. Two bedrooms with basin: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars (1 next to cottage, 1 in private parking area 50 yards from cottage). Shared shed for bike storage. Furniture at front of cottage and shared use of large lawns. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and coast 2 miles. Note: Although all ground floor there are steps into the property. Note: Check-in 5pm, check-out 11am.

Solva is a lovely village where visitors will find a fish and chip shop, art galleries, quirky gift shops, a woollen mill shop and friendly pubs serving good food. Set around a water inlet and with walks along the picturesque coast path, this is a wonderful holiday location.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
