The former fishing village of Llangwm has a heritage dating back to prehistoric times and is ideal for families discovering the Cleddau Valley and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The village is home to the Llangwm Literature Festival and makes a lovely base for exhilarating rural walks. The bustling market towns of Haverfordwest (6 miles) and Milford Haven (8 miles) are within easy reach. Attractions include Pembroke Castle (7.5 miles), Manor House Wildlife Park (12 miles) and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (16 miles). Heading south, there are some lovely coastal spots, including the beaches at Freshwater East (10 miles) and Freshwater West (14.5 miles), as well as the thriving seaside town of Tenby (15.5 miles). This cosy cottage has plenty of original traditional features, with the pretty lounge offering exposed ceiling beams, stone flooring and a wood burner set in an alcove.
