This delightful hideaway is part of a relaxing group of four bell tents, providing a fabulous glamping destination for walkers, hikers, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Set on a remote peninsula at the western end of Milford Haven, the site lies along the outskirts of Dale, where you will find an enticing choice of great places to eat and drink, with sights to see including a 13th-century castle, the Dale Lime Kilns, and the West Blockhouse Fort which lies on a headland to the south (2.5 miles). The bay at Dale has a sweet sand and shingle beach, providing a great spot for surfing, sailing, water skiing and fishing. On the western edge of the peninsula, the beautiful Marloes Sands (3 miles) is dotted with rockpools and dramatic rocky formations, offering glorious sea views and opportunities to see seals, puffins, petrels and razorbills.

The tent rests on a wooden decked area, with a couple of steps leading up and into the fresh, bright and stylishly organised interior. Inside, you will find the cosy and welcoming sleeping area with a lovely central double bed and a pair of singles – beds can be removed in advance for lower occupancy. Alongside the bed’s there’s ample storage space for kitchen utensils and crockery, as well as a relaxing sofa.

Stepping outside, the two steps lead back down and over to a picnic bench and a fire pit area surrounded by wooden stools, providing a cheerful spot for a BBQ or for toasting marshmallows as you chat into the night. Just a few steps away from the tent there’s a useful timber-clad shower block with a private shower and WC, with a useful outdoor sink for washing up. The site has a variety of shared facilities including a kitchenette, a games barn where you can play pool, table tennis and table football, and a field with football goals at one end. Private parking is available for one car.
