Although it is in a great location for walkers of the Coast Path and has great views, it is obvious that the items used to furnish the property (apart from the bed) are really not all that. Examples are - sofas are really uncomfortable and have lost their structure, oven only has one rack in it which not only beggars the question, where is the second rack that all ovens have but how are you supposed to cook a proper meal? The fridge has only a few of its shelves and the light flickers constantly when the door is opened. The pots were of good quality but the property could do with a selection of oven trays. There were little to no instructions on any of the equipment. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was ok but not sure why it needed to be a wet room as everything gots wet and damp and no heating means things don’t dry out fully. There is under floor heating, not in the bedroom unfortunately, and you are at the discretion of the owners as to when it comes on and for how long. We did not enquire as to if the heating could be changed so that is probably more on us. But as I said, great views!
