The rugged North Pembrokeshire coastline is perfect for the chance of spotting a dolphin with boat trips leaving regularly from nearby Cardigan. Inland, you may stumble across the majestic Cenarth Falls, which if you time it right in the autumn, you can see the salmon and sea trout leaping up the falls which really is a magnificent sight. The cottage was of a very high standard and we were very comfortable and delighted with everything. The location is excellant being a short drive to Fishguard which has an excellant supermarket and plenty of choice for places to eat. There are lots of lovely coves to explore nearby and loads of walks. Well worth using the OS Map app for walks off the beaten track. The hosts were lovely and very easy going. All in all it was a great break.

An amazing find. The cottage has all you need for a holiday home. It's in a quiet location overlooking Fishguard and is an ideal base for anyone visiting the area. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is only half a mile away with plenty of other walking close by. Newport Sands a few miles away were ideal for our retired greyhound to show his old form.If you are not doing your own cooking there's plenty of options to eat in or take away in the area and don't forget to visit Nourish the bakery in Fishguard - super fresh bread and pastries. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Our dogs were relaxed and very happy. The owner is lovely with a fascinating history of the cottage's name - I won't spoil it, wait until you get there :)
