East Barn provides spacious accommodation for four yet romantic cosiness for two. This lovely converted barn provides contemporary holiday living in a peaceful country setting with wonderful views over the Cleddau Valley to the Preseli Mountains.

Set in 7 acres, including a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and just two miles from Fishguard, the Barn has modern accommodation with under floor heating powered by an air-source heat pump. With many other eco-friendly features, the Barn works in harmony with its environment. The spacious lounge is complemented with a wood-burning fire for those cosy winter evenings.

A tranquil, natural setting in the perfect location to appreciate all the wonderful coastal paths, bridleways and footpaths close at hand suitable for all walking abilities. Whether you are a keen cyclist, birdwatcher, or love to surf and swim there is plenty to do. Make use of the large open spaces on site or on the many beautiful beaches with the children or your dogs, lounge in the garden and just relax and unwind soaking up the peace and quiet.

Dog friendly pubs, cafes, beaches and wonderful walks are in abundance in Pembrokeshire, with local Fishguard being no exception with several pubs, eateries, and some interesting galleries. Lower Town harbour is picture perfect and the setting for such films as Moby Dick and Under Milk Wood.

The Barn nestles at the bottom of a quiet country lane yet has easy access to the A40, the county town of Haverfordwest and Britain's smallest city, St Davids, are within a half hour drive.

The town itself has an array of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs and offers the opportunity of viewing the superb Last Invasion Tapestry, which has been compared to the Bayeux Tapestry. Day trips to Ireland run daily and the picturesque Lower Fishguard Harbour is a delight for sailing enthusiasts. From this perfect holiday base you can enjoy the amazing coastline, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, the beautiful Preseli Hills, where the Stonehenge Blue Stones originated, or explore the array of historic castles, working mills and visit the smallest city in Wales with its magnificent St. Davids Cathedral. Whatever you are looking for, this is a fantastic location for all ages.
