The hamlet of Iet-y-Bontpren is located at one end of Dinas Cross which is between the seaside towns of Newport and Fishguard.
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path can be joined nearby and the coastal walkers bus (and the service bus) pass the house. A walk along the coastal path not only provides superb scenery, you may also see seals, birds and even dolphins and porpoise. If you need more of an adrenaline rush try a Coasteering adventure.
Dinas Island, Strumble Head, Newport beach, Cwm-yr-Eglwys beach and Pwllgwaelod beach are all within 10 to 20 minutes drive. Newport and Fishguard both have a weekly Farmers Market and plenty of galleries, individual shops, eateries and pubs. The holiday cottage is perfect for families and for walking and cycling holidays.
There are grounds amounting to about half an acre - with parking area, lawns, picnic table, woodland shrubbery, enclosed fishpond, a stream and a natural spring.
