Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail. .  Heating by rayburn and wood burner, electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included.  Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.  Welcome pack and doggy extras.  .  Enclosed front garden with patio, garden furniture, firepit, summerhouse and BBQ.  On road parking, 100 yards away.  No smoking.  Please note: The property is accessed by foot over a small bridge and a small footpath. .  Gorgeous cottage full of charm and original features, situated in upper Cwmtrch, sat just back from the river, which sounds just fabulous, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.  There is lots to do from The Resting Dragon, and with being centrally based, you can be on the beach in 40 minutes or in the mountains in 30 minutes.  There are lots of walks to be found near the property, great for taking your four-legged friends.  Horse riding is available a short drive from the property, and the award-winning Dan yr Ogof show caves is a great day out for adults and kids alike.  The town of Ystradgynlais is a short walk from the property, where an abundance of re. . .
