If you're looking for a 'roses around the door in an idyllic setting' property, sadly this isn't it. From a phone conversation on our arrival about the number of towels (apparently one hand towel per bathroom as opposed to per guest is considered acceptable), missing safety handrail in the accessible shower, unmatched/chipped crockery, a financial penalty (per bag!) if bin bags were not taken down track to bin area when leaving, the need to provide dated photographic evidence of any problems we found within 24 hours of arrival, otherwise it would be deemed we'd caused them, to a generally unloved feel to the property externally. It wasn't all bad - beds were comfy, everything worked and we made the most of it. Sorry to have to write this review and hopefully the feedback we sent to the property management over the weekend was helpful.

Just nice to be away from hustle and bustle of life. The winding roads give you that out of the way feel, however the main house is next door so can make you feel safe at the same time. The accommodation is spacious, not small, with all you need. Good idea if you have larger dogs to take blankets if you have sofa dogs.
