Waterfall Country Apartments are a perfect base exploring the local area – there is so much to do and see from this property due to its great location. Zip world is approx 10 miles from the property home to Phoenix and the Tower Coaster, Zip World Tower is the fourth Zip World site to open and is the first to be situated in south Wales. Nestled in the Rhigos mountain range and boasting stunning panoramic views. There are some superb walks to be had around the Henrhyd waterfalls with its winding paths and woodland. Great for those with their four-legged friends. The village has the Ape and Monkey sanctuary and is a great day out for all ages. For those motor enthusiasts, Walters Arena is a short drive from the property and hosts many events throughout the year, including off roading and rally driving. The National show caves of Wales are also a short drive from the property, steeped in history there is lots to see and do here for all.

The Brecon Beacons National Park is a short drive and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a walk-up Pen-Y-Fan is a must where you can take in the views of the rolling countryside or walk around the reservoirs. In the town of Brecon, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries, Brecon also hosts The Jazz Festival and the County show, for food lovers there is the Neath food and drink festival and the Abergavenny food festival.
