Situated on the owners 16 acres of land, with a large wildlife pond.  There are walks to be had straight from the front door and into Dyffryn woods, the woodland is approximately 260 metres high and gives some great views over Neath, the Bristol Channel and the Gower peninsula on a clear day.  There is plenty to do and see from both properties; for those adrenaline junkies looking for some excitement, Bike Park Wales is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property, and Afan Forest Mountain Bike Trails are a 25-minute drive, with masses of trails for mountain bike enthusiasts. 

If you tire of the mountains, you are never far from the sea either with Aberavon Beach 9 miles away, and the famous Gower Peninsula only 20 miles away.  The National Show Caves for Wales are a short drive from the property and make a fantastic day out with three of the largest caves to experience.  Almost directly across the ro. . .
