Rhona’s Cottage features two double bedrooms, a bunk bedroom and a modern family bathroom with a shower over the bath. It also welcomes pets free of charge.
This lovely property is ideally situated for those wanting to explore Abergavenny and surrounding areas, located a short walk from the town centre of Abergavenny which has an abundance of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, not forgetting the famous Abergavenny food festival held each year in September.
There are some great walks to be had from the property and the view from The Sugar Loaf is outstanding. The Brecon Beacons are 18 miles from the property, on a good day you can see for miles and is well worth a walk up Pen Y Fan. The historic town of Monmouth is also 18 miles from the property. Very comfortable and spacious, has everything you need. Even had some complementary wine and biscuits. Location is great, less than 10 min to most restaurants and we walked to and from the station. Very quick to respond to questions, clear instructions in cottage on how everything works.

A really spacious cottage fitted out with absolutely everything you need to be comfortable and cosy; we went as a four, but if going as a six to fill up the rooms you wouldn't feel too crowded - it's very spacious. Immaculately clean from top to bottom too. The beds are comfy, and the area is quiet so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The location is great - just over the road is a really beautiful park - Linda Vista Gardens - and the little cafe in it (open Thurs to Sun, also Bank Holiday Mondays), Ambika Social, is delightful and serves great coffee. In easy reach of supermarkets and walking distance into town. The cottage's own garden is sweet with lots of space to sit for a meal, and the garden room at the top is an absolute sun trap, which makes it perfect for slouching out with a drink and a book. Wifi signal was perfect throughout and fast enough for online gaming. We will definitely be back!
