Aberdaron 5 miles. This lovely period detached house is situated in a hamlet location, close to the seaside village of Aberdaron on the Llyn Peninsula. Set off a quiet lane, within reach of a number of seaside villages, this charming holiday home is an ideal base for families. Once you park up your car you will instantly forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out, you will find a cosy sitting room on the left of the entrance hall with a lovely open fire, a perfect place to relax on a chilly evening after a day out and about. This property also has a sun room which children will be able make their own and next to this is a modern kitchen which has a Rayburn, a range cooker, plus a table and chairs for four guests for more casual dining. Completing the ground floor is a dining room to seat all guests, and there’s a useful cloakroom available. Up on the first floor is a Juliet balcony off the landing from where wonderful sea views can be seen. The sleeping layout consists of four bedrooms, two of which are king-size doubles, one with a decorative cast iron fireplace, and a bathroom, shower room and another cloakroom are on this floor. Outside are two lawned gardens, to the front and rear, with the one to the rear being raised from a patio area. On a sunny day, why not light the barbecue and sit back with a cold drink, whilst planning what to see and do during the rest of your stay within this part of North Wales? Five miles away is the seaside village of Aberdaron, where you will find shops, pubs and cafes, along with a National Trust visitor centre. Abersoch, Pwllheli, Llanbedrog and Criccieth are all within reach, as is the Italianate village of Portmeirion and the Snowdonia National Park. A delightful holiday home that you will want to return to time and again.

The seaside village of Aberdaron is situated around two streams, and facing the sea. The village has lime-washed fishermen's cottages, cafes, shops, hotels and a church.
