French doors open into a welcoming sitting room, perfect for returning to after a full day out and about. Sit and relax and watch your favourite family movie and on those chillier evenings the warming woodburner is a great addition to the room. The conservatory leads off the sitting room and opens to the garden, a lovely spot for taking in the beautiful countryside views, read the paper and enjoy a morning cup of coffee perhaps? The kitchen is well-equipped with an island unit, electric range cooker and American-style fridge/freezer, the chef in the family will just love it! The dining area provides a comfortable and relaxed informal setting to enjoy a family meal. The cottage has five bedrooms, including one on the ground floor and the master bedroom benefits from a super king-size bed and French doors to a small balcony with wonderful countryside views. The cottage benefits from a spacious wet room on the ground floor as well, so together with the ground floor bedroom the cottage offers accommodation suitable for any group, whilst the first floor bedrooms are serviced by the master bathroom with double-ended bath and separate shower. If that’s not enough, outside the gardens lie to three sides and are laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs. A large detached games room to the side of the property has a pool table, table tennis, darts and table football and provides the perfect place for all the family to enjoy some quality time together, rising to the challenge with a few games of whatever takes your fancy, the rain won’t stop play here! For younger members of the family the garden also offers a soft play area with swing and slide. For the adults there is a wonderful luxury hot tub, where you can relax and unwind, or perhaps stargaze into the unspoilt night sky, reminisce and re-live memories of the day's events. There are numerous country walks from the doorstep including the beautiful fell walk up Garnfadryn which on a clear day takes in the stunning views across the sea to Anglesey, Snowdonia, Cardigan Bay and even the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland. Also in the village is a horseriding centre, Pen-Llyn Lusitano, that caters for both the experienced and novice horse riders alike. You can enjoy a relaxing half an hour ride along the country lanes or for the more adventurous you can trek and explore the surrounding countryside. This cottage is an ideal base for enjoying the coastal resorts of Porthmadog, Abersoch, Nefyn, Pwllheli and Caernarfon with its medieval and majestic castle, as well as offering easy access to the Snowdonia National Park and many of the attractions in this area. The small village of Llaniestyn is situated centrally in the heart of the Llyn Peninsula. Close by is Abersoch (5.3 miles) where you can enjoy the stunning beaches and watersports, as well as a selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
