We chose this property because of its rating and the price and overall we weren't disappointed. Equipment was generally of a high standard, it was clean and there were nice views out the back of the property of the countryside and sea. Our only small gripes were: the position of the TV which was fixed to the wall and really needed to swivel (so it was square to the seating), there was no teapot or tea strainer and the property was right next to a road and although it was in a remote location there was a surprising amount of traffic going past even late at night and early in the morning. We used it as a base for walking in Snowdonia and so had to travel for a good hour or so to get to the start of our hikes - so that would be the only reason why we might not book again.
