Guests say

Eryl is a well-liked cottage in North Wales, praised for its spaciousness, clean interiors, and enclosed garden suitable for pets. Its location is ideal for beach access and local amenities. Guests have enjoyed stays here, often mentioning the thoughtful touches like Welsh butter and cake. Some maintenance issues have been noted, but these do not detract from the overall positive experiences.

The property generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with several reviews noting it was clean upon arrival. However, a few instances of cobwebs and dog hair were mentioned, slightly lowering the score.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to beaches, footpaths, and local amenities. The quiet residential setting and ease of exploring the surrounding area contribute to a high score.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the property spacious. However, some reviews mention uncomfortable living room seating and a need for blackout curtains, indicating room for improvement in comfort.

While the property is well-equipped, several reviews cite maintenance issues such as a broken step, loose paving slabs, and difficulty operating the TV. These recurring concerns affect the score.

Guests have expressed appreciation for the welcoming touches like milk, butter, and cake. However, as these gifts are not consistently mentioned in all reviews, it is politely noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

A nice patio area and neat garden overall very good. Plenty of grab handles helped my disabled wife. A comfortable double bed was great. The cake and milk on arrival was a nice touch although a few teabags instead of the cake might have been better as the cake wasn’t too tasty. A few things need attention:- Broken toilet seat hinge The ornament stand in the lounge looks ready to collapse Missing cutlery Bedside touch lamp not working properly Very slippery shower tray Not all bins emptied, perhaps a clear instruction on kitchen wall is required

It would help if maybe some cleaning products were left in the house also some bags for the rubbish . The bins for recycling and general rubbish were all full so bags of rubbish were piled at the side of the house . Apart from this we would stay there again it's a very quite street and close to all amenities.

Immacuately clean but does need maintiance updates e.g. double glazing. Well situated for exploring that part of Wales and Nefyn is a lovely little seaside town. Overall great holiday and would reccomend to friends.
