About this property

This well-presented, end-of-terrace property sits in the pretty coastal town of Nefyn, in beautiful North Wales. Well-equipped throughout, Rowarth is a splendid choice for families and friends seeking a base in North Wales, with easy access to the town’s amenities and a sandy beach. Step into the kitchen, well-appointed with all the essentials for a short stay, including a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher, so there’s no need to lift a finger when washing up! Serve your culinary delights at the dining table, toasting to a long-awaited getaway with your nearest and dearest. The lounge is where you can spend your down time, relaxing on the corner sofa as the crackle of the woodburning stove puts you at ease. Step out to the enclosed garden, featuring a lovely decking with rattan furniture and a hot tub, so you can enjoy alfresco dining followed by a soothing dip each evening. The bedrooms are situated upstairs, including two doubles and twin, each wonderfully presented and featuring ample storage. Begin your morning routine in the bathroom, complete with choice of bath and shower over so you can best decide how to prepare for the day. The popular Nefyn beach is just half a mile away, and its two miles of golden sand are ideal for sunbathing, sandcastle building, swimming, and exploring rockpools. Nearby, you'll also find a wide variety of stores, bars, and restaurants, perfect for when you fancy a night away from the kitchen. The neighbouring village of Morfa Nefyn is home to a sandy shore to build sandcastles, a village store to grab your groceries and a handful of pubs/cafes to treat yourselves to dining out. Keen walkers can venture along the coastal path, running along the cliff tops between Caenarfon and Porthmadog, whilst golfers can tee off at the 27-hole championship course Nefyn & District Golf Club. Head over the sailing town of Pwllheli, home to an impressive marina, holding 400 boats and two fantastic beaches, one of which has been awarded a Blue Flag status. Choose Rowarth as your next base in North Wales.

Nefyn, a charming fishing village on the Llyn Peninsula's northern coast, is known for its beautiful two-mile stretch of sandy beach and dramatic cliffs. Pwllheli and Abersoch, two nearby tourist hotspots, both offer more extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment options, but these conveniences are easily accessible from the town itself. Many castles and secluded coves dot the coastline here, and activities like fishing, sailing, and water sports are readily available. Located only 25 miles away is the stunning Snowdonia National Park, home to countless miles of hiking trails. Nefyn is a fantastic vacation home base because of its proximity to so many exciting places.

It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. Beds were really comfortable, which is a must have when staying away from home. Hot tub is great for relaxing at end of day. Beautiful places to visit near by and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. Owner close by and very helpful if any queries. We can't wait to return.

It was the two of us and our dog and it exceeded our expectations. The lounge was so lovely to relax in with the log burner and the hot tub was perfect. The whole place was clean and had everything you could think of. We even got some lovely Welsh cakes on arrival and a courtesy visit to see if we were ok. 10/10 book this place!
