About this property

Aberdaron 3 miles. Resting in the tranquil village of Rhoshirwaun, Gwynedd is the pleasant, semi-detached Pant Fali cottage. Sleeping up to seven guests, Pant Fali is a charming dwelling for a family trip to rural Wales. You will be greeted by off-road parking so you can easily maneuver your belongings into the property. Upon entering the property, you will find a spacious porch, kick off your muddy shoes and keep them stored away until the next nature walk. You can look forward to cuddling up on the leather suite with your loved ones and allow your imaginations to roam as you flick on the Smart TV. Travel across the hall to locate the rustic kitchen/diner, which is amply-equipped to rustle up your favourite home-cooked meals. Once the sun has set, venture upstairs to either one of the double bedrooms, which boast countryside views. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom where you can rest and rejuvenate and rinse off in the overhead shower. Explore the rear garden, perfect for enjoying the summer months and savour a glass of wine as you sit with your family. Get to know your local area and take a countryside drive to the local pub, Ty Newydd Sarn, serving wonderful home-made meals and a warm atmosphere. For stocking up on the necessities, visit the nearby shop and grab some popcorn for your film night later on in the evening. Pack your towels and take a short journey to Treath Porthor, or Whistling Sands, to spend the day paddling the sea, stop for lunch in the cafe, and admire the idyllic coastal views. The area boasts National Trust attractions such as Plas-Yn-Rhiw, with its intact Georgian features and quaint gardens. You can also venture to the Grade II listed cottage, Tan Y Bwlch, or absorb the scenic coastal view at Traeth Penrallt. Head to the sandy beaches in Abersoch, where you will be spoilt with a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. The Blue Flag beach offers sailing and watersports, with rentable beach huts. To gain a greater insight into what Wales has to offer, hop into the car and view Snowdonia, home to the highest peak in the country. The mountainous region has a fair share of ancient castles and possesses the largest, natural lake in Wales. Take your family on an enchanting adventure to Pant Fali and enjoy all that Wales has to offer.

The seaside village of Aberdaron is peacefully situated around two streams, and facing the sea. Straggling up the hills are the buildings that give Aberdaron its character; the lime-washed fishermen's cottages, the cafes, shops, and hotels, and the church of St Hywyn. On each side of the river's mouth is the beach for walking and playing on, and a promenade where you can watch the sailing boats and regattas in the bay. There is also a National Trust visitor centre and car park. The popular resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch are within easy reach. Discover fabulous castles and coves, or enjoy excellent fishing, watersports and golf opportunities, all available nearby. The dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks at the Snowdonia National Park area are within easy driving distance, making an ideal base for a varied and enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.

No iron no can opener and no oven trays so made self catering tricky to say the least.garden and view were lovely the peace and quiet fabulous. All in all had a great stay.

The owner is very welcoming and the cottage is great. Well equipped, clean and spacious with beautiful views of this fantastic corner of Wales. Great value for money and would highly recommend.

we have two kids and they really enjoyed as the garden was next to the farm with many sheeps and cows! The owener was a very nice polite guy! We had a very bad experience with a very rude owener in another cottage (we booked from different website) and we prefered to leave that cottage as the ower was really rude! But we were lucky to find Pant Fali cottage with very nice comfy relaxing area and specially very nice and polite owner. The cottage was very close to the beach and forest! We strongly recommend to book this cottage if we need to have some days to be relaxed!
