Reviewers consistently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'spotlessly clean' and 'very clean and tidy', indicating a high standard of hygiene and upkeep.

The location is frequently praised for its spectacular views and tranquillity. However, one review mentions it being a bit remote, which may not suit everyone's preferences.

Guests find the cottage very comfortable, with special mentions of the comfortable beds and spacious areas for groups. The property seems to cater well to different age groups and family sizes.

While guests appreciate the welcome pack and the property owner's flexibility with check-in and check-out times, there are not enough references to consistently provided gifts or thoughtful gestures to accurately score this category.

Exceptionally clean and spacious. Pool lovely and warm. Large enclosed garden for dogs. We had no problems but owner readily available should any occur. It is remote but access to coastal path on doorstep - we walked to Aberdaron along the path, beautiful walk and it took a leisurely 3 hours (lovely pub on front at the end of walk). Highly recommended!

We loved the layout of this house- plenty of space in the kitchen and living areas and we so enjoyed the pool!

  • Clifford

Cleanliness and facilities were 5 star. Only problem was that the door to the pool was difficult to lock and the bifold doors in the lounge couldn't be opened as they needed adjusting.
