Guests say

Llywnfor is a well-equipped, spacious cottage ideal for family gatherings, offering a range of activities and proximity to a beautiful beach. The property is praised for its comprehensive kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and ample entertainment options. While some cleanliness issues are noted, the location and thoughtful touches are highly appreciated.

Most guests found the house to be clean and cosy, though a few mentioned the presence of dust, cobwebs, and the need for a more thorough cleaning in some areas.

The cottage is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, with guests appreciating the peaceful setting and convenience.

Guests enjoyed comfortable beds and spacious living areas, although some found the furniture to be less comfortable and in need of an update.

The property boasts a wide range of facilities, including games, electronics, and a well-stocked kitchen. However, some maintenance issues like a non-functional AGA and minor faults with games equipment were reported.

While guests were pleased with the amenities and provisions, there were no specific mentions of gifts, so it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness in this regard.

Wow we had an amazing time at this holiday home. The living areas were great lots of space and things to do they have loads toys for the children from babies to teenagers, games, puzzles, colouring, Wii, Xbox, films a karaoke machine plus more. The table tennis outside was great but our dogs kept wanting the ball. The darts board was great for the teens and adults the pool table was ok but not great if you want a serious games the balls have a mind of their own as the table not the best quality but my teenage boys loved it.The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of plus more it was outstanding and the same in the utility room with ice packs cool bags wind breaker and blankets it really made our trips to the beach so much better. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious the beds were really comfortable and we had some lovely nights sleep the view from the attic bedroom is amazing. The house is a 5mins walk from an amazing beach which dogs are welcome on and the tide is not strong so great for the kids and if you walk around to the left the beach has less pebbles and lovely soft sand. Warning though if you walk to the beach from the golf course it is a lovely walk with great views but is not for people who struggle with mobility. There is a shop across the road and it hold everything you need. The owners were very helpful we had issues with the car charger which they tried to sort as soon as they could. The fish and chip shop in the town is great and good value for money.
