Glan-Mor is a quaint, retro-styled cottage offering a peaceful coastal break with direct beach access. Guests appreciate the tranquil setting and proximity to Pwllheli. While some find the decor charmingly dated, others note areas for improvement. The owner is consistently described as pleasant and welcoming.
Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the property clean, especially considering it allows pets, while others report issues with dust and general upkeep. The score reflects this variation in guest experiences.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and scenic surroundings. It's considered excellent for peaceful getaways and dog walking, contributing to a high score in this category.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the accommodation spacious. However, some concerns about heating control and dated decor slightly lower the comfort score.
Facilities are seen as adequate but outdated, with some guests experiencing issues with hot water and maintenance. The property is described as needing refurbishment, which affects the score for this category.
The owner's warm welcome and provision of tea, coffee, and biscuits are mentioned positively, indicating thoughtfulness. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, guests should consider this a pleasant bonus rather than an expectation.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Glan Mor, it suited us and was lovely to be able to walk over the dunes straight on the beach where we hardly seen anyone else all week. The accommodation is on the older fashion side but suited us perfectly and we were warm and comfy and for anyone who like us doesn't mind then its a great place to go.The owner came to greet us on arrival and owing to our distance of travelling allowed us earlier access which we were very grateful for, he never bothered us whilst there and we were happy to go round and say Thank you for having us before we left, he is a lovely man.

Was quite a difficult place to find off so called Golf road took us a while as we didnt have his phone number. However there was a little alley way 400 yards from the golf club on the left that we noticed where in between 2 white post was a gravel track leading us to the property.we were greeted by the owner who mentioned we should of rang and he would of helped with directions He was a very pleasant man who shown us all around the property and welcomed us in. Property is very clean and tidy but the price reflects that it is somewhat dated inside but we feel still good value for money as we were 50 yards from the beach which our dogs loved.A walk of about 30 mins on the beach or prom will lead you in to the town where there is a good selection of bars and places to eatall in all we did enjoy our stay and feel like i said good value for money.get his phone number if you are going so he can help with directions, Remember its s few hundred yards on the left from the golf and the 2 white pillars with the name of the building as it will save you a fair bit of time and stress
