Park the car in the off-road parking spaces and make your way into this charming traditional Welsh long cottage. Step inside to discover the open-plan living space, where wooden flooring, exposed beams overhead, a vaulted ceiling, and a striking stone feature wall create a wonderful first impression. Settle onto one of the two sofas beside the crackling woodburning stove after a day by the sea, switch on the mounted TV for a relaxing evening. When hunger calls, head over to the kitchen, where crisp white units complement the character of the cottage, then gather around the dining table for four to enjoy good food and conversation. Prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast before setting out to an evening meal using local ingredients, with the oven, hob, air fryer, and dishwasher making mealtimes effortless, while the washing machine is on hand to freshen up beachwear or walking gear ready for tomorrow's adventures. As the day draws to a close, make your way to one of the two welcoming bedrooms. The double bedroom provides a lovely place to unwind, while the bunk room is perfect for children or friends travelling together. Begin each morning with a leisurely soak in the bath or rinse beneath the shower before heading out to explore another corner of the Llŷn Peninsula. Step outside and discover over an acre of gardens and woodland, where the expansive lawn is framed by greenery, creating a wonderful sense of space beneath the open sky. Gather around the picnic bench and take in far-reaching views across The Warren, Abersoch Beach, and out towards the islands, wander through the woodland with your four-legged companions, or simply pause to appreciate the peaceful surroundings, whilst the night sky from the cottage garden is spectacular and shooting stars are regularly seen whilst looking over to the St Tudwalls islands. With Llanbedrog beach just a stone's throw away, you can be dipping your toes in the sea within moments, a peaceful calm beach for families, while a shop and welcoming pub are both within easy reach, less than 3 miles along the coast you will reach Abersoch village where you will find a wider selection of fabulous restaurants and pubs. Garreg Fawr is situated at the bottom of the tin man coastal walk, which was featured on the walking man TV series, boasting spectacular views of cardigan bay. Spend time at Ty'n Towyn, where peaceful coastal scenery, sandy shores, and sweeping sea views make it the perfect place for a leisurely stroll or an afternoon beside the water. Hop aboard the Ffestiniog Railway and watch dramatic mountains, ancient woodland, and charming villages roll by as the historic steam train winds through the heart of Eryri. Step back in time at Castell Cricieth, wandering around the hilltop fortress, soaking in panoramic views across Cardigan Bay, and discovering centuries of Welsh history. Venture into Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), where you can walk rugged mountain trails, explore picturesque villages, pause beside tranquil lakes, and soak up some of North Wales' most spectacular scenery. There are local surf shops that offer coasteering and surf lessons at the nearby Porth Neigwl and Porth Ceriad beaches, as well as numerous golf courses within a 5 mile radius. The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
