About this property

Abersoch 2 miles. Cim Canol is a spacious home that sits a short distance from the amenities of Abersoch in North Wales. Enjoying five bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with spectacular views of the sea, Abersoch Bay and Snowdonia Range, Cim Canol offers a wonderful escape for a family of twelve looking to holiday in this part of Wales. Head into your new home-from-home and discover the kitchen/diner, where the head chef can become acquainted with a range of appliances, including a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. Serve up supper at the dining table before retreating to the lounge and unwinding with a film on the TV. Sliding patio doors lead out to the spacious lawn where your pooch can stretch their legs whilst you appreciate the glorious view. As you look to catch your rest, there are two ground-floor bedrooms, both with twin beds, one with an en-suite shower and the other an en-suite bathroom. Whisk away upstairs to find three more bedrooms, including a family room with double and bunk beds, along with an en-suite shower, a double with en-suite shower and a king-size double. Completing the interior is the family bathroom with bath and shower over, so you can decide how to best prepare for the day. When you’re ready to explore, head into Abersoch and discover a bustling hub of activity, including two renowned beaches, Abersoch Main Beach, and Abersoch Harbour Beach, where you can find a Yacht Club, Sailing School, and a nearby, beachfront golf course. Continue to the quaint village of Criccieth, home to a selection of cafés and delightful shops, plus a sweeping shoreline and a castle to tour. Keen walkers can join the Llyn Coastal Path and enjoy elevated views amongst the nearby heathland, whilst the rest of the Llyn Peninsula offers wonderful scenery waiting to be explored. All this and more awaits at Cim Canol.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
