If you feel like trying your hand at a spot of home-cooking, head into the well-equipped kitchen, boasting an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, as well as a dishwasher to offer a helping hand. After an action-packed afternoon, look forward to catching your rest within one of the three bedrooms, comprising of two doubles and a bunk, served by a sleek shower room. To the outside, you and your loved ones can take dining outdoor onto the patio area, a great spot for soaking up the sunshine and relishing in some good food. From the doorstep on the cottage, you will find a host of amenities, including a shop and a pub before strolling towards the coastline, where you will find a crescent of sand leading to picturesque Porthdinllaen, a small coastal village. Keen walkers can look forward to exploring Llŷn’s north coast path, or sporty types can spend a couple of hours at Nefyn’s famous headland golf course. Alternatively, spend glorious summer days at the nearby town of Pwllheli, home to a selection of amenities including award-winning fish and chips, traditional Welsh ice-cream parlours and independent shops and traditional pubs. Look forward to enjoying the sunshine on Pwllheli's beaches, which area mainly south facing and have been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag Award, making great spots for families. From the cottage, you will also be able to explore the rest of the peninsula, littered with secluded coves, stunning beaches and beautiful castles, as well as other towns and villages, including Abersoch, Aberdaron and the charming seaside village of Llanbedrog. Other days can be spent exploring the magnitude of walks and outdoor adventures upon the majestic National Park or exploring the coastal towns of Porthmadog and Portmeirion. Nefyn is a small town on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, just seven miles away from Pwllheli and a scenic drive away from the Snowdonia National Park. Within the town you will find a fine two mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families, as well as a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding area is filled with castles and coves, and fishing, sailing and water sports are all available.
