Nice renovation of an old stone built barn with added conservatory. Useful paved outside area with a table and seating (only possible to use it once during our stay due to weather) Cottage generally comfortable, warm and well equipped. Very peaceful location with good views and close to Pwlleli for supermarkets. Local attractions include Portmerion and the Ffestiniog Railway.

We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return! If I were being really picky, I would suggest a lamp for the lounge as the spotlights were very bright and maybe a brush for inside to sweep up any day to day bits. As other visitors have pointed out the wi fi and tv channel reception could do with upgrading.This is a wonderful place for peace and quiet.

What a lovely barn conversion, the owners clearly made an effort to make it homely. It was very clean and in very good condition, clearly a recent renovation. The extension is very bright with three walls of windows providing lovely views of the countryside. We had a great 4 days there and the owners are very attentive, when needed. Things we would improve: the quality of the wifi (which is very weak, and phone signal can be intermittent), and the TV signal (which is bad and some channels are often out of range).If you are an EV owner - there are very few charging options in the area and those can be expensive.
