Close to the beach to embark on the part of the West Coast Path as well as a short distance drive to the car park for our Snowdon adventure. The house was cosy and very clean and even with 7 of us it didnât feel crowded. The chippy next door was also really yummy. Communication with Kate was spot on and I would definitely recommend this place.

The property is spacious & well designed, it was great to have a large entrance hall with space for coats, shoes & beach stuff. The kitchen is very well equipped with enough crockery, cutlery & glassware for more than 8 people. The Jack & Jill doors to the bathrooms work well with all occupants feel like they have an ensuite. The bedrooms were large & the beds very comfortable. Although lacking a garden, there's a bonus of a hot tub. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. We would definitely recommend for large families. We would like to return in the future.
