Portmeirion, the Italianate village that is home to the TV show "The Prisoner" and many cultural events, is 5 miles away. Activities on hand include swimming, sailing, surfing and canoeing, walking, cycling and golf. Snowdonia National Park is a short drive away, offering plenty of adventure in its magnificent mountains and forests. This is a year round destination.
