About this property

The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.

The minimum stay during peak times is 7 nights or as specified on the calendar although at certain times we can accommodate 4/5 night stays. Please send me a message with any queries about the booking process. The contact form is at the bottom of the page. 10/14 night stays are also available. on request.

There is central heating throughout.

The open plan kitchen has a gas oven and hob, under counter fridge freezer, microwave, and toaster.

We also provide a sandwich maker and Tassimo coffee machine for your use.

The kitchen leads through to the living and dining area. The TV has Freeview and a DVD player. Some DVDs are provided. I have also provided a comprehensive First Aid kit in case of accidents.

The living room looks out onto a grassed area and there is a separate numbered parking bay. Additional cars can use the main car park outside Reception.

Duvets and pillows are provided. PLEASE NOTE - Guests MUST bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases which are required to protect the duvets, pillows and mattresses. Thank you in advance.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and storage cupboard and there is a separate toilet with washbasin and wall cupboard adjacent to the bedrooms.

Entertainment Passes for the complex can be purchased separately from Haven prior to arriving - price details vary depending on length of stay, time of year, number of guests, and a copy of the current prices are in the photos section.

Activities can be booked once the passes have been booked.

Check in time is 4pm onwards on the day of arrival and check out time is 10am on the day of leaving (this gives me time to clean on changeover day as I do the cleaning myself).

Any damage or breakages must be paid for.
