Ar Lan Y Mor is the perfect place to get away from it all, offering comfort in a truly great location. Completely renovated and newly furnished, the bungalow features modern appliances and conveniences within the charming village of Morfa Bychan.

Ideally located in a sought after location, you only have to take a short stroll to have the sand between your toes. Our spacious rear terrace makes the most of the panoramic views of Moel y Gest.  Perfect for some al-fresco dining, the terrace catches the sun for most of the day and is a great vantage point to enjoy the sun setting in the evening from the hot tub! Inside, here is a large corner sofa and the dining table seats 6 comfortably. For entertainment, there is a selection of novels, guidebooks and board games are provided for guest's use and we have superfast Wi-Fi broadband for internet connection and a Smart TV with Netflix and digital live streaming. The light and airy kitchen is fully equipped with electric fan oven, full sized electric hob, built in fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The main bedroom features a double bed with memory foam mattress with storage. The second bedroom has two adult sized single beds again with storage with both bedrooms having windows looking directly out on to the rear terrace. The third bedroom offers single or double occupancy with storage. There is also a newly-fitted shower wet-room with washbasin and separate WC. All heating and utilities are included in the rental cost and everything is set ready for your arrival.  Beds are made up with quality cotton bed linen.  We provide basic essentials for a self-catered holiday including tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, toilet paper, handwash, towels, tea towels, dishcloths and laundry pods.  We welcome all and provide complimentary charcoal for the BBQ and use of boogie boards, nets and crab buckets for the little ones. Also, we're all prepared for your picnic needs with plenty of food boxes, plates, utensils, plastic cups, ice packs and cool bag to take with you on your days out to the beach and the local scenic walks. To make the most of your stay we have our own visitor guide with details of our personally recommended restaurants, pubs and places to visit, local walks, biking routes and the very best beaches. And with glorious countryside all around Ar Lan Y Mor, it makes perfect sense to pack your boots and bikes! Please note this is strictly a non-smoking property. We're also dog friendly and welcome our favourite pets anytime of the year completely free of charge. Ar Lan Y Mor offers a perfect setting to explore the beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and Coast. There are excellent coastal and mountain walks from the Cottage door, including direct access to the stunning North Wales Coastal Path. A short journey in any direction will take you to some of the most beautiful scenery to be found in the UK.  Mountain ranges, picturesque villages, woodland and beautiful beaches are all on the doorstep. From whichever direction the town is approached you cannot fail to be impressed by the town’s stunning setting. It is dominated on one side by a mountain known as ‘Moel y Gest' 262 metres above the town. To the North and East the wide expanse of the Glaslyn estuary, renowned as a haven for migrating birds and wildlife extends dramatically towards the Eryri (Snowdon) range. 

Morfa Bychan is a charming village with a local grocery, tavern, fish and chip shop, Post Office, and an excellent 18-hole golf course within a short walk from Black Rock Sands' beautiful coastline. The lively coastal town of Porthmadog, nestled on the scenic Glaslyn Estuary, is only 2 miles away, with a variety of unique shops and restaurants, as well as the Ffestiniog Railway and Welsh Highland Railway, where you can ride by steam train through spectacular Snowdonia landscape.
