This fantastic seaside bungalow sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in Morfa Nefyn on the beautiful Llŷn Peninsula. With a lovely enclosed garden, it's perfect for families and pets too. A walk from the closest beach, Porth Dinllaen, you can enjoy a pint on the beach at the Ty Coch pub - voted the third best beach bar in the world!



The sitting room is a lovely bright room, with a beautiful wall hung flame-effect electric fire, flat screen TV and DVD player, comfy leather sofas and chair. French doors open onto the front garden.



The modern kitchen has a gorgeous slate-effect flooring and is well equipped with a stainless steel electric hob and fan-assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer (three drawers). The dining table with leather chairs to seat six, and breakfast bar. The washing machine is in the garage.



The master bedroom has a king size double bed and French doors opening onto a lawned garden. It has a lovely en-suite bathroom with bath, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a standard double bed, and the third bedroom has twin single beds. All have lovely bed linen and plenty of storage for clothes.



There is a family bathroom with loo, wash hand basin, large shower and heated towel rail. You will find a selection of mini-goodies such as tea lights, shampoo and conditioner for you to indulge yourself - a real treat.



The lawned garden is private and enclosed, and the garden furniture allows you to make the most of the evening sun after a day's adventure! There is parking at the front of the property.



Limefield is well placed for exploring the Llŷn Peninsula. It has easy access to the Wales Coastal Path, numerous quiet cycle routes and outstanding beaches. You can visit nearby Abersoch and Aberdaron, or take a boat trip to Bardsey Island.

Steam train enthusiasts will love the Welsh Highland Railway, or you can visit Criccieth to explore the castle and enjoy a Cadwaladers' ice cream.



The coastline is dramatic and the scenery is astonishingly beautiful, with sandy beaches and pretty coves. It is so nice to see the village shop displaying fresh seasonal local produce and you can also browse around the market in Pwllheli which is close by. Only a stone's throw away is Nefyn golf course, one of the top 100 courses in the UK. This bungalow is perfectly positioned for all manner of wonderful holiday pursuits!

The pretty coastal town of Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families. The town offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and water sports are all available. The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks. With its proximity to such a wide range of destinations, Nefyn makes a superb base for a break.
