Nefyn Bay is a gorgeous detached house less than 2

minute walk downhill from lovely Nefyn beach and Coastal Path.

Effortlessly stylish with beautifully furnished interiors,

there is a gentle nautical theme which pervades throughout.

The owners have gone to great lengths to create a home from home' that is both

cosy and tranquil.

The large smart living room has a wood burning stove

incorporated into the wall and huge L shaped couch for cosy nights in.

The open kitchen and dining room area is well-equipped, elegant

and stylish. The fabulous kitchen is a perfect setting for the domestic god or

goddess within.

There are four 1st floor bedrooms at Nefyn Bay which can

accommodate 8 guests very comfortably.

After a day at the beach, relax on the well-tended lawn with

planted border. The patio area provides the perfect setting for meals in the

sun and an outside shower means you are all set for freshening up after a

surf/boogie board session on the beach.

A 'Just for Two' rate applies outside of peak holidays.

Accommodation

4 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 (maximum 6 adults). 1 Double with Kingsize bed with TV, 1 Double, 1 Bunk bedroom (suitable for children only) and 1 Twin with TV. All on 1st floor.

Shower Room with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin on 1st floor. Cloakroom toilet and washbasin on the ground floor.

Kitchen/Dining Room stylish glass dining table with 8 chairs, mirror fronted furniture, large picture mural of Nefyn beach. Kitchen area luxury fitted units with split level electric oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge, breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Utility Room drinks fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher.

Sitting Room wood-burning stove incorporated into the wall, large L shaped sofa, 2 seater chair, window seat and cushions, matching ottoman, large flat-screen TV, 2 glass coffee tables.

Grounds enclosed garden with lawns at the front and back, colourful borders, patio area with garden furniture, outdoor shower at the back for 'just off the beach'.

NB: A refundable security deposit of £300 is required per booking.
