We were more than happy with our stay, the cottage was clean and tidy and the owners had provided just about every thing needed (except bath towels...bring your own!). Fully decorated for Christmas, a welcome hamper was a big surprise! The cottage has everything required for a relaxing stay; all the usual kitchen & bathroom equipment, toys, games, DVDs, wifi (although a bit slow) and much more. Parking, there is off road parking & I did manage to park my VW T5 SWB camper Van on the drive...but I don't think it would be possible with a longer vehicle....there is a free public car park a tiny walk away.

Absolutely everything you needed was there together with a welcome pack including milk and wine! It was warm and comfortable and everything worked as it should (shower, oven, washer, tv etc etc). We walked almost everywhere; there is a hotel restaurant nearby which served delicious meals and a local pub (in which the only language you hear, understandably, is Welsh apart from your own English and the replies). A pint was only £3.80 too! The BrynCynan up near the roundabout was equally good and they do excellent deals (Friday we unexpectedly got 2-4-1 pizza!). The local shops are very expensive so take essentials yourself if you can. We booked in advance for an afternoon tea at Cafe Ni which was excellent. Pwllheli is 15’ away on the bus £3.50 return and there are most of the usual shops to be found. I wouldn’t hesitate to Recommend Dolfor to anyone. We loved it.
