The village is a lovely walk away, offering a traditional Welsh 'Tafarn' and a slate works with a café, it is the perfect base for exploring the area. Nearby there is seemingly endless things to do with seaside towns, historical towns and the Snowdonia National Park all within easy reach, there is something for everybody. A Welsh village just outside of the Snowdonia National Park. Groeslon is the ideal base for exploring North Wales. The village offers the Penionyn Tafarn pub and the Indigo Jones Slateworks, a slate business with a café and is dog friendly. There is a lot to do around Groeslon with Caernarfon just a short drive away, and the Isle of Anglesey just slightly further, a place you must visit whilst in North Wales. There is also seaside resorts nearby with Dinas Dinlle, Pwllheli and Porthmadog all within easy reach. The Snowdonia National Park cannot be missed, with an enormous range of scenery, walking and wildlife to enjoy.
