No smoking.. This lovely, detached, converted chapel is situated in the village of Llanarmon yn Lal and boasts lovely views across the rolling Welsh hillside. The Offa’s Dyke path, Moel Famau and surrounding walking routes, makes this the perfect place to position yourself to enjoy the outdoors.
This all on one level accommodation offers a cosy living room with inglenook fireplace, wood burning stove and Smart TV for your relaxation in the evenings. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining table with seating for six is open plan with the kitchen. The master Kingsize bedroom features a Smart TV, whilst the second bedroom is in a double configuration with its own toilet in the room. The third bedroom is in a twin configuration, all with quality bedding, storage, and lovely views. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, and separate toilet. There is plenty of enclosed outdoor space with lawned areas for enjoying the sunny afternoons or preparing a BBQ.
Just a short stroll will take you to the centre of the village, the local pub and shop for supplies. The local inn proves food and drinks for those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking. This former chapel is situated next to a very well kept and maintained graveyard.

Such a lovely & peaceful location. Very spacious accommodation with great views & large garden. Well equipped if you want to cook. A great space with just about everything you need for a break away "home from home"! Three TVs...WiFi, comfy beds. Large walk in shower & separate ensuite. Very clean throughout, even a bottle of wine & chocs with essential milk & tea/coffee etc on arrival. Good location for surrounding AONB. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended.

A fantastic and great value little cottage. Loved the community shop! Very clean and it was clear where everything was. It would have been helpful to have a cafetière or moka pot for coffee but other than that, no complaints!
