Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

This is our second time here but I would no longer recommend. The park itself is really well kept, however the lodge is awful. Needs a deep clean inside, and you will only find the basics inside. The outside is full of cobwebs, which makes you not want to open any of the windows. The lady at reception is really helpful but when we mentioned the cobwebs outside the maintenance staff seems annoyed that they had to come and then didn’t even clean the outside and we ended up doing some of it ourselves.

Our second stay at Plas Isaf and still a wonderful place to stay. Just a couple of niggles this time compared to none on our first stay ( Lodge 25 ) . We were in Lodge 13 this time - Rhodri - excellently located in a very quiet spot . We had my elderly mother with us and the silver tape on the floor in the hall area was a slight trip hazard for her as it was starting to lift slightly . The only other niggle was the decking area and furniture were not the cleanest , covered in cobwebs tree debris and generally dirty, it didn’t really entice us to go out there . New batteries in tv remotes needed. The lodge is lovely , spacious and clean , comfy beds and sofa. Very well equipped kitchen . Friendly staff . Lovely pond and wildlife. Even with the few niggles Plas Isaf is a beautiful , quiet and peaceful place to stay and can’t wait to return again .
