Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

A great lodge with two great sized bedrooms and very comfy beds. Nice big TV in the living room too. EV charger outside the lodge which is 50p per hour at 3.6kw. Lodge furnished to a very high standard.

Comfortable lodge with high spec appliances and stylish decor.Located in a quiet spot, this lodge had a stunning view of the adjacent mountains.The lodge had a parking bay for one vehicle.The site is quiet and the lodges are well spaced for privacy.

The lodges are lovely and in a really good location. Staff were friendly and helpful on email in advance. The lodge provides basic cleaning items and tea and coffee sachets to get you started, which is great.A few little niggles: the van wasn’t cleaned to a good enough standard before we arrived. In fact, my nephew was running around in white socks and they were black after an hour. We also found an old crisp packet and a dog bone on top of the wardrobe that had clearly been missed.The van could also have done with a little TLC, as the lino was starting to split and had been taped up in several places and the tape was peeling up, which didn’t look great.One really annoying point was that they literally provide four of everything (i.e. knives, forks, spoons). It would be handy to have a few more so you can stir, taste, and use some as serving spoons, as constantly washing them became tedious.
