Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

The holiday was great , just a few inconveniences, we did have a power cut and lost all WiFi for the last 2 and bit days , the staff are helpful when someone is there however reception closes and there is no out of hour number , the site could do with a basic shop just in case of emergencies , that said the lodge was lovely and clean with everything you could need for your stay although it does need a slight spruce I couldn’t fault the space and cleanliness. The hot tub was fabulous and was checked every morning for temp , filters and water. There is an ice cream van who appears every evening this was greatly appreciated by my children and he was very reasonable with pricing ! Also he washed his hands after every family served this was great to see. The location is stunning and the little pond is lovely for a walk and to feed the ducks , you can purchase food for them at the reception. The children loved the walking fields and felt safe enough to go and venture , it’s scenic not for activities but purely for walking and views, a small play area would make it better however we loved the views and made for a great picnic area. We will definitely be back as I say we couldn’t fault anything really it’s just little bits that’s would of made it a little better.

Lovely spacious lodge. Cooking facilities coukd be better extremeley slow and for knives onky had hige michael myers looming knife just put in draw that a child could easily reach. Also the hot tub scrern not all way. We had to put chairs lined up as everyone walking by gate coukd see you in hot tub.
