About this property

Dolphin Bach, an inviting, single-storey cottage rests in the small hamlet of Dolphin and enjoys stunning views of the Dee Estuary and Flintshire coastline beyond. Situated next to the owner's home, this North Wales cottage has been fully renovated to accommodate all guests, including the less mobile, being all on one level, with wide doors, a large wet room, and disability aids available on request. Perfect for couples, or even friends sharing, this property makes a great base for those seeking a tranquil and romantic retreat. Inside, you will discover an open-plan living space, ideal for rustling up an evening meal for two in the kitchen, having a games night around the dining table, and relaxing in front of the woodburning stove with your loved one as the evenings grow darker. When sleep calls, head to the well-presented double bedroom, to drift off into a deep sleep after a day of adventures, while the wet room provides space to get ready for another fun-filled day of activities. Outside, immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the Welsh countryside by enjoying a spot of alfresco dining out on the furniture, or simply take in the wonders of nature and wildlife in its natural habitat on your doorstep. Take a day trip to the vibrant seaside town of Rhyl, where you can soak up the sun on the sandy beach, dive into water adventures at SC2 Rhyl, or enjoy a peaceful stroll around Brickfields Pond. For a taste of city life, head to Chester and explore attractions such as Chester Zoo, the historic Chester City Walls, and the bustling Chester Market for delicious local fare. In Ellesmere Port, dive into a world of marine wonders at Blue Planet Aquarium, indulge in some retail therapy at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, or catch the latest blockbuster at Vue Cinemas Cheshire Oaks. Enjoy all of this and more by booking Dolphin Bach.
