Guests have enjoyed the tranquil setting, stunning views, and the added luxury of a hot tub at Hafod. The property is praised for its cleanliness and the peaceful environment it offers. While some guests found the space and comfort adequate, others noted limitations for larger families or longer stays. The location is appreciated for its quietness, though some mentioned a trade-off with mobile signal and Wi-Fi connectivity. Maintenance issues were minor, and a welcome basket added a thoughtful touch, though it's noted that such gestures are not guaranteed.
The majority of reviews highlight the cleanliness of the property, with guests generally satisfied with the state upon arrival. One review mentioned a funny smell and blocked sink, but this seems to be an isolated incident.
The location is consistently described as having incredible views and providing a peaceful retreat. However, some guests noted the inconvenience of a long drive to the nearest shop and poor mobile signal, which slightly affected the overall experience.
Comfort received mixed reviews. Some guests found the property comfortable and great value for money, while others mentioned uncomfortable beds and insufficient space for larger families or longer stays.
Facilities are generally well-received, with the hot tub being a highlight. However, there were comments about maintenance issues with the hot tub and a lack of essentials provided for the stay, which suggests room for improvement.
While a welcome basket was mentioned as a lovely touch by one guest, there are not enough references to thoughtfulness in the reviews to provide a comprehensive score. It should be noted that such gestures are appreciated but not guaranteed.
